Week four’s Trace Map critique was uncomfortable in a useful way — our “green” on-time tile hid a merchant handoff problem. I wanted more time on mobile portal layouts.
Flagship course
Package Lifecycle Analytics
An eight-week path through application analytics for package lifecycle intelligence — from messy scan streams to a Trace Map your ops and product partners can defend in the same meeting.
What you will practice
- Model package states without inventing vanity “on-time” scores
- Build Trace Maps that separate carrier, merchant, and customer dwell
- Instrument application events that feed portals and care tools
- Publish a Monday lifecycle board with explicit metric limitations

FAQ
Do I need a data engineering background?
Comfort with spreadsheets and basic SQL helps. We do not require building a warehouse from scratch — we focus on application-level events and readable analytics.
Are sessions only in English?
Live instruction is in English. Several homework appendices include Korea-specific lane notes; Korean-language status copy is discussed but not fully localized in every template.
What is a real limitation of this course?
We do not cover customs-broker APIs or airline ULD telemetry in depth. If your pain lives entirely in international clearance systems, you will still gain Trace Map habits, but you should plan a separate workstream for broker integrations.
Course reviews
★★★★☆
Clear modules, kind facilitation. The returns ladder changed our refund SLA conversation. Evening homework during peak season was a stretch.
