Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees paid for open cohorts (Trace Seat) and documented team bundles (Flow Desk) when cancellation meets the timeframes below. Portal Atelier custom work follows the statement of work signed for that engagement.

Timeframe for full refund

You may request a full refund up to 14 days after payment and at least 7 full days before the cohort start date, whichever condition is stricter for your calendar. If both windows are open, we refund 100% of tuition paid for that seat.

Partial refunds

If you cancel between 6 and 3 days before start, we refund 50% of tuition. Cancellations inside 72 hours of start, or after the first live session begins, are not eligible for partial tuition refunds except where required by law or where we cancel the cohort.

Non-refundable items

• Third-party software licenses purchased separately
• Travel or accommodation for optional Daegu kickoffs
• Completed private coaching hours already delivered inside Flow Desk or Atelier packs
• Administrative card or wire fees charged by your bank (we refund our received tuition net of non-recoverable processor fees when applicable)

Refund process

Email hello@package-portal.digital with the subject “Refund request,” your full name, cohort name, payment date, and reason. We confirm eligibility within three business days.

Processing time & method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Wire refunds may take longer depending on your bank. You will receive an email confirmation when the transfer is initiated.

Cancellation by Package Portal Digital

If we cancel or materially reschedule a cohort and you cannot attend the new dates, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later cohort at no extra tuition.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or compulsory military/public duty may qualify for a goodwill transfer or partial refund outside the standard window at our discretion. Misconduct removals under the Terms of Use are not refundable.
